SHCVS Free Courses to Support Mental Health & Wellbeing

I have been asked to share the below with you all as it may prove to be of interest, to you, your volunteers or community groups
Step One cover the whole of Devon and offer free, currently online, courses to support mental health and wellbeing.
They are currently offering the following online courses;
- Help Overcoming Problems Effectively (HOPE)
- Coping with anxiety
- Coping with change
- Developing Resilience

Individuals can self-refer via the online form at the end of the brochure. They are more than happy to talk to individuals prior to starting the course and ensuring it’s right for them. They will also support individuals to ensure that they are happy to use zoom prior to the first session.
